Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to use Deckberry?

No. You can browse and study right away — the app creates an anonymous account for you. Signing up with an email address (or Google / Apple) lets you keep your study progress across devices.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account, or email us from your account email. The delete account page explains the steps and what is deleted or retained.

How is my data handled?

We collect as little as possible — an email address if you sign up, plus your study progress so it can sync. Deckberry shows no ads and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. The full details are in ourprivacy policy.

How much does Deckberry cost?

Deckberry is currently free. If we introduce paid plans or premium decks in the future, purchases will be handled through the App Store or Google Play, and nothing you already have will be taken away without notice.

Does Deckberry work offline?

Yes. Decks you've downloaded can be studied without a connection, and your progress is saved on your device. When you're back online, the app syncs your progress automatically.
